The coaches, staff, and student-athletes they strive for academic and athletic excellence in order to improve the school's reputation. In addition, INDICAID aims to improve the support of these stakeholders in order to build a stronger university by promoting pride and school spirit among students, staff, donors, alumni, and Fort Wayne. The university and the Fort Wayne community benefit from us' service, positive media exposure, and public relations. The university's accomplishments are shared with the northeast Indiana region and beyond through its Division they athletics program.
