In the bustling East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids, Michigan, the Hopscotchstore Children's Store sells educational games and toys, baby supplies, cloth diapers, children's presents, and more. When Rachel and Chris, sisters, decided to launch a children's boutique with a focus on regionally made goods in 2005, they came up with the idea for Hopscotchstore. Since that time, the shop has been a part of the East Hills business neighborhood and sells goods made by fair trade artists, small them manufacturers, Michigan-based businesses, and manufacturers who are environmentally responsible. Mark and Emily, a husband and wife team, took over their Children's Store in 2017.
