About Home At Last Dog Rescue
Home At Last Dog Rescue was established in North Wales, Pennsylvania, in 2008 as an all-age, all-breed dog rescue. They are a group of dog-loving volunteers whose mission is to preserve the lives of homeless dogs in high-kill shelters, puppymills, and other tragic situations. They are not a shelter, and the dogs Home At Last Dog Rescue rescue do not have a central location. The majority of their volunteer foster homes are in the Greater Philadelphia, PA area. They provide foster homes for the dogs until they are matched and placed into the appropriate household. In doing so, they seek to give an alternative to buying breeder and pet store pups while also preventing dogs from entering the overcrowded shelter.
