Hollerbach's longed for opening their own eatery in 1981 while cooperating at a German café in Orlando. Following twenty years of difficult work and arranging, that fantasy became reality on August 1, 2001 with only seven representatives. From that point forward, they have constantly extended the eatery, added two additional organizations, and developed their staff to more than 100 representatives. The once 70 seat café will be a 665 seat eatery after the consummation of the 2020 Project Hollerblock which will add a Bar Lodge and Rooftop Biergarten. One wellspring of proceeding with motivation for their family has been watching their home of downtown Sanford develop and flourish alongside their own organizations. Hollerbach's has consistently had the mission of making their town a feasting and diversion objective in Central Florida.
