Diane Pfeifer has had an assortment of intriguing professions. Prior to devising cookbooks and Grits Bits, she was a lead guitarist in an all-young lady musical gang, a drug scientist, reinforcement artist for Tammy Lynette, a down home music lyricist with more than 40 melodies recorded including 2 Top 15 nation singles for Debby Boone, a chronicle craftsman on Capitol Records, and a business entertainer and voice-over ability who recorded wrong number directives for the telephone organization. She's composed and independently published five cookbooks in addition to diverting nurturing books co-composed with her significant other, with over 1,000,000 books on paper. Television appearances incorporate "Regis and Kathie Lee", "Donny and Marie", CBS Morning News, and CNN, while her one-lady distributing organization has been included in "The Wall Street Journal", "Newsweek" and "Southern Living."
