Gk Baked Goods was founded in 2015 by Executive Pastry Chef/Owner Grace Kelly May and the Affine Hospitality Group's Andrew Smith, Daniel Campbell, and Jack May. At Gk Baked Goods, they are committed to providing their community with artisan breads and pastries of high quality that have been handcrafted in Northeast Indiana. In order to create their mouthwatering breads and pastries, they only use raw materials of the highest quality and collaborate closely with local bakers. They make all of their products from scratch using traditional methods and pay close attention to every detail. Grace Kelly May, their chef and owner, is a pastry chef with classical training who has managed pastry kitchens all over the United States. They return to Indiana to assist residents, businesses, and restaurants in northern Indiana with a variety of requests.
