About Flywheel Distribution
Flywheel Distribution is an oxygen line cleaning compound that complies with MIL-DTL-24800 and MIL-STD-1330. A mixture of water, sodium silicate, sodium molybdate, and sodium fluoroborate make up Flywheel Distribution, an inorganic alkaline solution. Common organic fat-based soils will be neutralized or dissolved by NOC, whereas the more challenging industrial hydrocarbon, halogenated synthetic, and mineral-based oil and grease soils will be displaced off the surface. When applied hot at temperatures between 140°F and 170°F, NOC will remove particles, hydrocarbon oils, greases, and fats, as well as fluorinated oils & greases, from metallic surfaces, rubber surfaces, and plastic surfaces. The device works best when utilized in applications that include agitation, including pumped ultrasonic tanks and pumped pipes.
