About FlipBooKit
In 2010, artists Wendy Marvel and Mark Rosen decided to combine FlipBooKit creativity with "led-free technology art. "After working together on several group projects and gallery exhibits, FlipBooKit decided to build a flabby-style art spice based on the old train station arrival/departure sign mechanism. The only old folding display they could find was expensive and remote - so Mark built his mechanism using old inkjet printer parts. The first flip book sold quickly at the charity show/auction, and after Wendy and Mark saw the reaction to the book, they knew they had to go deep into the media. Mark is a dynamic artist living in Los Angeles, California. His background includes multimedia design, manufacturing and electronic engineering. Mark creates gadgets, sculptures, art direction, and works with his partner Marvel and other artists and creative engineers on projects.
