About Flagstaff House
The Flagstaff House was initially constructed in 1929 by chicago schoolteacher as a vacation cabin. He purchased the cottage in 1937 to use as a venue for special occasions. The Buelkes family later bought the property in 1954, renamed it and reopened it as a chic summer restaurant. He seized the chance as soon as the Flagstaff House was next up for sale. He had always desired to own just one truly "fine dining" establishment so that he could focus on giving their customers an amazing experience. They keep looking for innovative ways to add mouthwatering flavors to their menu while also updating their facilities to provide the most cutting-edge ideas in terms of service, care, culinary selection, and pricing points that satisfy their clients' needs.
