The marathon relay in Duke CIty Marathon was rated as one of the top 25 marathon events in the world. The starting point is the Mayor Kinney Municipal Plaza in downtown Albuquerque. At 10 miles, marathon runners and relay marathon runners will turn right to the spectacular Sandia Mountains. After 3.1 miles, all participants will turn around and return along the Paseo del Bosque trail and return to the finish line of Civic Plaza. Duke CIty Marathon will provide water and sports drinks during the competition, and fruit and bagels will be provided to the contestants at the end of the competition.
