About Dry Lakes Ranch Beef
Reyes and Kacie Carballo are them. Here in the lovely hamlet of Parowan, Utah, they raise, ranch, and sell some of the best cattle you can find. They are the owners of Dry Lakes Ranch, previously Mitchell Herefords, a ranch built in 1873. They cultivate roughly 300 acres and grow beef cattle. Dry Lakes Ranch Beef use both local grasses and forages as well as the nutrient-rich crops they farm themselves to provide high quality, fresh, and local meat for you. They think they know a few things about raising the most incredible beef, and they think that after you try it, you'll agree. They value the Lord, their culture, their kinship, their land and animals, and fine cuisine. You now have a pal that works in both the farming and ranching industry and the meat industry. Dry Lakes Ranch Beef pick up their fresh beef every week and transport their steers to harvest on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, therefore they are closed on those days for travel.
