The exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all original labels. Returned items will be rejected if they are worn, washed, dyed or smelly or perfumed. If it is rejected, Curvy will send you an email, you can choose to send it back at your own expense or let them donate. After 30 days, any rejected returns will be donated to the local charity of their choice. They can't go back and refund the past orders.
