About Crocker
Crocker is an American motorcycle manufacturer based in Los Angeles, California, and one of only three truly pre-war brands of vintage American motorcycles in existence. Steeped in the history of racing, and influenced by the Indian motorbike, Crocker was considered the fastest production machine of its time. They produced the first single-cylinder high-speed motorcycle in 1932, the powerful V-shaped two-road motorcycle in 1936, and the Scooters in the late 1930s, one of the first modern motorcycles. They now produce the complete "continuous production" of the original "big" and "small tank" to an exact, indistinguishable original legendary bike.In 1942, as a result of the U.S. government's war contract to manufacture parts for Douglas, the company stopped production and continued to manufacture in aerospace until it was acquired by borgwana in the 1950s.
