Clyde Armory was founded in 1991 by Andrew Clyde, a 28-year-old navy veteran, and was incorporated in Georgia as S-Corp in 2009. It started retailing within 1400 square kilometers. In 1999, the plant area was expanded to 2,900 square meters. The factory is located in September 2004 and now covers an area of 12,500 square meters. Its main location is the re-creation of the Cook Brothers Arsenal built in Athens in 1862. In 2014, they opened the second store at the Galleria Square shopping mall in Warner Robins.
