Clyde Armory was founded in 1991 by Andrew Clyde, a 28-year-old navy veteran, and was incorporated in Georgia as S-Corp in 2009. It started retailing within 1400 square kilometers. In 1999, the plant area was expanded to 2,900 square meters. The factory is located in September 2004 and now covers an area of 12,500 square meters.
