In 2014, Chilli Daddy opened its first store/restaurant on Perry Road and completed its mission in 2019. They then expanded to Queens Road, Baldwin Street and St Nicholas Market. They are getting older, but their teams are getting stronger. According to what they've learned through experience, "authentic Sichuan street food" transcends ethnic boundaries. Sharing it's experience makes you and them happy." Their constant goal is to dedicate themselves to serving their customers authentic traditional Sichuan street food and quickly customized Serve. Back in 2014, Chilli Daddy was recognized as one of the hottest meal coupons in town by Bristol Post's chief food columnist, Mark Taylor. By this stage, they have been inspired and moved by hundreds of warm and critical feedback from customers.
