More than 50 years ago, mike and Dan Carpinito started growing vegetables on their family farm, near central street in Kent, Washington. Out of concern for the local FFA, they decided to start planting and selling pumpkins and corn to passing locals in the fall. Over time, the hobby blossomed into a business idea.
