About Captain Porky's
In 1984, Captain Porky's’s siblings George, Dino and Renee Kalinis established Captain Portage in Zion, Illinois. The Kallianis brothers and sisters grew up in a small village in Greece. Captain Porky's mastered the skills of manual cooking and had a great passion for food. Today, they still maintain the highest standards of all food, and their fresh seafood comes from all over the world, using almost all wild fish. They take seriously sustainable fishing methods and purchase high-quality seafood. All their salads, side dishes, sauces and desserts are made by themselves. They even imported olive oil from their fields in Sparta, Greece. They are very passionate about the food they make and look forward to seeing the difference in their handmade products.
