Cape Arundel Inn's main house overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is located on Ocean Avenue. It was built by a famous family in Ohio in 1895 as a summer "hut". Many mansions with architectural charm have been built on their land, and the Cape Arundel Summer Colony Historic District received the status of the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. Most are still private residences, and their hotels provide guests with the same privacy and comfort to "home" to Kennebunkport and the convenience of the world. Staying in Cape Arundel Inn, you will enjoy the timeless elegance of their main house, which became a hotel and restaurant in 1953, named in 1980, and the stables and carriage house of the Old Fort Manor around 1890. Now It is the clubhouse of their resort. They combined these two elegant manors and redecorated them for today's discerning travelers while preserving their historical features. This is a caring work of Kennebunkport Resort since 2014.
