In Ethiopia, flavors like Berbere carry conventions, recollections, history, and culture that have advanced over eras. These flavors are sources of flavor and an update of the profundity and abundance of the history shared by all. It's that history Fetlework Tefferi needed to share when she opened Cafe Colucci, one of the primary Ethiopian eateries in Oakland, California, as it were to find that she might not reliably source tall quality, bona fide fixings since a strong supply chain didn't exist. Brundo's award-winning eatery was incapable to serve clients due to a need of quality ingredients. So they chose to require control of their supply chain and build up a small-scale zest generation office in Modjo, Ethiopia. What didn't go to the eatery, Brundo started to offer.
