Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel is a delightful brewed and aged hibiscus spiced beverage and its family formula has more than 400 years of Caribbean tradition. It was founded by the first generation of Caribbean-born gourmet and designer Nzinga Knight who was born in Brooklyn. Their sorrel is made of raw materials and natural ingredients: sorrel flower, ginger, pure cane sugar, cloves, cinnamon, whole spices, bay leaf and orange peel. The chutney brewed in Brooklyn will take you on an amazing tasting journey with its rich, smooth, sweet, spicy, rich, complex and refreshing taste. The most important thing is that it contains no alcohol and is rich in antioxidants. It is very effective whether used alone or as a mixer. Brooklyn Brewed Sorrel's brewed chutney inherits the delicious, natural, and festive Caribbean tradition to create authentic chutney and mocktail styles.
