About Brook Hollow
Brook Hollow is a family ranch winery ignoring the Delaware Water Gap in Warren County New Jersey. The winery began as a leisure activity in the storm cellar and a couple of grapevines in the front yard immediately developed to north of 2000 grapevines at his home. Brook Hollow turned into an enthusiasm for Paul and only preceding resigning as an untamed life scholar, for a very long time, the family opened a little end of the week winery at their Farm in Knowlton Township NJ. In an exceptionally brief period, their winery following grew out of the little tasting room at the homestead and a 10-section of land ranch field was bought and 7000 new plants planted. Development started on the new winery with a great opening celebrated in 2013. A New Jersey Farm winery permit was gotten requiring all the wine be produced using NJ developed organic product.
