Born2Run started with triathlete Eric. He suffered a number of injuries in training that prevented him from playing his favorite sport. Their team researched, designed and developed right-foot strength training combined with appropriate running techniques. The right strength training program redefines normalcy. The training system is a recognized combination of foot management, strength training, running technique and nutrition. The system is designed to allow everyone to improve their performance and experience the joy of running through proper running and strength training. Born2Run’s running method is natural and comprehensive, allowing runners to rediscover the happy history of running.
