Black Swan Inn became a reality in 1997, when the first suite (Caveman Suite) was completed and was ready for couples to experience. Since then, 14 additional suites and reception areas have been added for your enjoyment. In 2001, Fishel bought the entire equity of the Ron family in the company. At the time of purchase, the building required a complete update of all piping and electrical systems. The interior of the building was hollowed out and rebuilt in accordance with current building codes. The first phase included eight suites, which were created between the time of purchase and the summer of 1998. The next six suites were built between 1998 and 2000. The fifteenth set at Black Swan Inn was completed in 2005.
