Bifocal Media was founded in 1997 as a multi-disciplinary production company, record and video label and officially authorized manufacturer. Their limited-run t-shirt collaborations have some of their favorite bands and visual artists. The two were attending college in Greenville, North Carolina. Charles made BMX videos and learned how to design. Brad is studying movies. Several people in Greenville are trying to bring small indie bands to town. Most of these performances are held in the living room and small venue. Cardiro recorded many such parties. In 1997, Bifocal Media produced a video titled "The Reality of Thought" with the purpose of distributing copies at performances and family gatherings. Around 2001, they began accepting commissions for video work, and (so far) they have worked with many bands, record companies and other clients.
