About Berges Institute
They previously opened Berges Institute Institute in 2013, in the wake of running a little Spanish language coaching studio in New York's Upper East Side for a couple of years. They had met in Barcelona around 9 years before that, when they played together for a tad in a pop-jazz band that practiced in suburbia and played not many gigs. The two of them moved to the States in 2008, and have been encouraging Spanish full time since 2011. Building up their program and composing and distributing their course readings wasn't simple; it took them nearly 12 months to compose the initial three volumes, and they completed the last two when Berges Institute was open (they had not many understudies toward the start, they weren't generally ready to plan their first Level 4 class until December 2013, so they had a lot of time!
