They previously opened Berges Institute Institute in 2013, in the wake of running a little Spanish language coaching studio in New York's Upper East Side for a couple of years. They had met in Barcelona around 9 years before that, when they played together for a tad in a pop-jazz band that practiced in suburbia and played not many gigs.
