Bearded Baker is a small-batch, authentic artisan sourdough bakery that supplies bread to residents and visitors of coastal Victoria. They are situated in the lovely town of Inverloch on the stunning Bass Coast in Gippsland. They couldn't be happier that their passion for baking has now become an everyday part of their lives. In June 2020, Bearded Baker made the big move by opening their microbakery and shipping small quantities to Inverloch residents. They went from baking twice a week in one Rofco B40 oven to baking five days a week in two Rofco B40 ovens in three months. They will soon move from their small starter baking kitchen to a space specifically built for that purpose as they continue to invest in additional commercial baking equipment that will enable them to scale up their volumes.
