About Gilbert Pizza
Since opening Gilbert Pizza in 2006, Sal and Grace have brought the newness of hand-crafted Italian food varieties and the flavor of New York to Gilbert. Brought into the world in Sicily, Sal grew up encompassed by new fixings and natively constructed dinners. He moved to New York in 1984 and started working in his sibling’s shop. When taking over for his sibling, Sal went to Culinary School. He moved on from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2003 and kept bringing the freshest fixings and specially made dishes to his shop on Steinway Street. Subsequent to traveling in Arizona in 2000, Sal realized this was the spot to raise his loved ones. Sal moved his family to Arizona and opened the shop in 2006. Throughout the course of recent years Sal and Grace have consistently furnished the East Valley with Gilbert Pizza's new food from the best fixings in a well-disposed climate.
