Since opening Gilbert Pizza in 2006, Sal and Grace have brought the newness of hand-crafted Italian food varieties and the flavor of New York to Gilbert. When taking over for his sibling, Sal went to Culinary School. He moved on from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2003 and kept bringing the freshest fixings and specially made dishes to his shop on Steinway Street.
