About Back Forty Farms
During your visit, you can enjoy Indian Creek as it runs through their property. The farm is home to a variety of animals, including horses, a llama, alpacas, chickens, lambs, goats, Scottish Highland Cows, turkeys, and even kangaroos! They have more than 500 hens that are free to roam their 42-acre farm while consuming premium natural food. Additionally, they receive GMO-free feed as well as sporadic fruit and vegetable snacks. Because of this, Back Forty Farms eggs have a thicker shell and a richer yolk. In addition to tasting better, they are healthier than store-bought eggs. However, Back Forty Farms eggs are more than simply a visual pleasure; they also come in a wide range of stunning hues! In the early 1900s, the land was a 100-acre dairy farm. Their farmhouse was constructed in 1915, and their iconic red barn is 106 years old.
