ArbeeDesigns was renamed after Arbee Originals changed partnerships in 2004 and became solely owned. It has created and added new and exciting pieces to its line in addition to continuing with some of the original patterns. Ruth began the original business in 1995 by exhibiting her artwork in a variety of locations across New Zealand. Numerous pieces were purchased and distributed worldwide, including to the United States, Australia, Holland, and England. They launched their company internationally in 2000 with a website. They were now expanding the business to private retailers as well as the general public, so this was a significant advancement. They keep adding free lessons, new quilt designs, and, as a result of popular demand, online classes to the website.
