About Working Class History
History is not made by the actions of a few rich and powerful individuals, like so much of the history Working Class History learn in school. History is made by the combined everyday actions of hundreds of millions of them: women, men, youth, people of colour, migrants, Indigenous people, LGBT+ people, disabled people, workers, older people, the unemployed, housewives the working class. Working Class History host a podcast, post On This Day In History content to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as well as other accounts in other languages. They also have an online store with books and more, and are working on a website with browsable timelines and maps of all their events. This is a full breakdown of their projects.
