About Wall Drug
Wall Drug has a long history in South Dakota. It is located in Wall City in the western part of the state. From its humble beginnings in 1931, it has developed into an oasis of prosperity. It offers meals, gifts and souvenirs, tourist information, and free ice water. Many tired travelers stopped in front of the drugs on the wall and left awake, refreshed, just like 80 years ago. They took root because of a simple idea: to provide free ice water for road fatigue passengers. Soon, tourists will deliberately stop at the Wall drug station to enjoy a refreshing rest. Since then, they have never stopped coming to Wall Street to take drugs. Today, Wall Drug continues to provide the convenience facilities that made it a must pass all those years ago. Tourists still stop to stretch their legs, eat a delicious meal and drink some free, vibrant ice water.
