About UFlyMike
UFlyMike is a small family business that has been operating in their home in the Colorado Springs countryside since 2005. In 1996, their founder, Mike Lackey, retired from the Air Force and began his second career at Southwest Airlines. Mike was dissatisfied with the existing headphones on the market, realizing that the aviation headset was still in the design concept of the 1960s, so he began to convert the consumer's headphones into headphones for use on the plane. In 2003, when Boss introduced the Silent Comfort No. 2 headset, Mike found a perfect headset that could be converted into an aviation headset. In April 2005, with the help of Mike's wife Debbie, UFlyMike officially opened, when it launched the first "professional" microphone.
