Track Seven is a channel for creative expression through unique craft beer. The name Track Seven was chosen in part because the brewery was close to the old West Pacific Rail track, west of Curtis Park, as a recognition of the important role that railroads have played and will continue to play in Sacramento's rich history. The way the store sells beer follows the West Coast tradition, but is not true to a single "style." This decentralized approach allows it to try a wide variety of beers, regardless of American, Belgian, British or German inspiration. Don't be fooled by the easygoing name of Nikko Amber. This less typical amber beer is too thick to be a pure amber beer, but the malt taste is too strong to become an IPA. It has a slightly bitter top taste and is used in caramel, toast and toffee under the influence of taste.
