The Mum Shop began operating at Loket's table in 1984. Their daughter joined the training team at Pierce High School, and their tradition was to give each team member a mom on the back to school day. She decided that she could be a mother for her much cheaper than paying someone to be a mother for her. Her sister Wanda had already done business with her, made and sold hand-painted t-shirts and buns, so she was called to help you. The Mum Shop learned from the first mothers a lot of things that should not be done. The next year, several other girls on the training team wanted them to be moms for them, so now they can sell as moms. They have business. Every year they receive more requests from moms and they start advertising at Pierce and other Richardson Business Schools.
