As a registered nurse, The Less Stressed Life have always thought of themselves as being rather "well. " Even though they had really learned how to use food to heal their body and even become a health and wellness coach, they suddenly ran across a brick block. They felt like they was on a hamster wheel of weariness, physical aches, puffiness, and weight gain as a result of the healthy decisions they thought they was making for themselves. Even worse, they observed symptoms in their partner, including a persistent stuffiness and a peculiar odor coming from his nasal cavity. As a nurse, The Less Stressed Life had never heard of MRT testing before they started working with Christa, but they had it done, and the results revealed that all of the things they believed were good for them and that they regularly ate were the most troublesome.
