In 1947, the Blair family started selling furniture and appliances in Birmingham's downtown area. Throughout three generations, the Blair family has provided numerous friends and customers with services at several retail establishments throughout the Birmingham metropolitan area. Since 1997, when the Blair family bought the store from its previous owners, they have run several stores in the Birmingham metropolitan area. They moved all of their operations to their downtown Birmingham location on 2nd Avenue North several years ago.
