About Six Colors
Six Colors provides daily reports on Apple, other technology companies, and the intersection of technology and culture. Its founder and chief editor is Jason Snell. He has been Macworld's editor-in-chief for more than a decade. During Macworld, he introduced every major Apple product version, including every version of OS X, iPod, iPhone and iPad, etc. He wrote some important news, interviewed senior executives (including Steve Jobs), commented on major products, wrote how to write articles, wrote award-winning editorials, filmed and edited videos, and made podcasts. He left IDG in 2014 and now writes here and writes regular columns for Macworld and Tom's Guide. Dan Moren is another frequent visitor to Six Colors. He worked with Jason in Macworld for many years. Dan completed his Macworld career as a senior editor and is now a freelance writer. Dan and Jason co-hosted Clockwise Podcast.
