About Shop Cincinnati Zoo
Shop Cincinnati Zoo goal and vision are committed to fostering adventure, disseminating knowledge, protecting the environment, and helping the local community. They now recognize the obligation to collaborate with diverse and economically underprivileged populations in their day-to-day work thanks to the addition of their fourth pillar, Serving Community, to their Mission Statement. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is the second-oldest Zoo in the them. The Zoological Society of Cincinnati was established in 1873, and the facility opened its doors to the public in 1875. Only eight monkeys, two grizzly bears, three deer, six raccoons, two elk, a buffalo, a hyena, a tiger, an alligator, a circus elephant, and more than 400 birds, including a talking crow, made up the Zoo's initial animal collection. Shop Cincinnati Zoo was initially established on 65 acres in the heart of the city and has since expanded to include a number of nearby blocks and reserves.
