About San Diego Museum Council
At San Diego Museum Council, they connect San Diego residents and visitors with their diverse member museum. The council proposes three annual signature plans: Museum Month in February, Big Exchange in May, and Children's Freedom in October. It also offers other community-oriented programs and events designed to open the museum to everyone. What is a children's museum? At San Diego Museum Council, they promote the value of art, culture and science and open the door to experiential learning. They are a guided tour of the San Diego Regional Museum culture. They turned insider perspectives into public passes. They inspire your audience by connecting you with new exhibitions, events and exploration opportunities in the museum. They convened museum directors to discuss topics of interest, collaborate on plans, and solve common problems. They have grown from across San Diego County to more than 40 museums of art, culture, history, science and nature.
