They introduce another level of Italian quality meats to the United States by utilizing superior quality spices, meats, and curing processes rooted in the old world. They were introduced to Moesle Meat Company, a Chicago-based entrepreneur. A cooperation offered them both with an intriguing potential in terms of logistics. With improved sourcing, they'll be able to expand their present offers and get back to doing what they love. They came together to become Salumi Chicago.
