Rubys Pantry has a pop-up food storage room in many parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin every month. Ruby's pantry is based on faith and is organized and hosted by a group of volunteers from the local church. The pop-up pantry is either located in the church or in a location that is easily accessible to guests. Rubys Pantry's mission: Inspire people to be alert to the needs of others, actively encourage faith, show friendship, and meet the actual needs of neighbors, friends and strangers, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity. In 2019, they invited all of their volunteers and guests to attend the 2019 annual meeting. This year's annual meeting will be held from October 4th to 6th, 2019 in the North Highland Lutheran Church in Mount Alpine, Minnesota.
