About Rozanna's Violins
The objective was to provide musicians of the 21st century with instruments that stimulate imaginative possibilities. Rozanna's Violins was established by a traditionally prepared violist. Ms. Weinberger has consistently manufactured new ground, rethinking the job of a traditionally prepared violist. Her vocation has included world debuts of a concerto by Pulitzer Prize winning writer, Tania Leon and appearances at the Global Viola Congress, while similarly as happy with making music for exhibitions on the runway during Design Week. Chromatic Fantasy, her award-winning music video, was shown at international film festivals and aired on television in both North and South America. Christopher Mangum recorded a solo viola part for her that accompanied the King Tut Exhibition, which traveled to museums around the world. Rozanna's Violins has recorded for Arabesque Recordings and North Pacific Music as an improviser.
