The original Rose City Futsal was founded in 2013 by ten Portland families who love football. They hope to create a center where football fans and players can gather as a community to celebrate the game. In January 2017, the founder of RCF opened a second branch, them, in Tigar, Oregon, to provide first-class futsal facilities on both sides of the Willamette River. Rose City Futsal Provides five-a-side/soccer training and matches at all levels.
