About Report Fitness
Report Fitness's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) course is a 30-minute exercise that is a mix of strength and aerobic exercise. This whole body metabolism training includes sandbags, small bells, and exercises for your own body weight. It can ignite your metabolism so that you burn calories at a faster rate during and after exercise to build a lean and shaped body. All HIIT classes are one level. Everyone exercises at their own pace and as you become stronger and you can gradually increase your training intensity. Report Fitness's trainer will be there to help you every step of the way and modify the exercises, if needed. If you are an athlete, they will definitely challenge you from the first class!
