It was originally founded by a group of local investors in collaboration with Winkup Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado, which is already a successful brewpub company. Over the years, successive floors have been remodeled and restaurants and banquet spaces have been opened to the public. Now, Pearl Street Grill has opened all four floors and the basement, with a total of 9 bars and countless faucet handles, all of which offer homemade craft beer from the basement tank. Pearl Street Grill is a traditional New York-style old deli with buffalo characteristics. It serves Jewish deli from a newly renovated basement.
