They believe that when systems include youth with authentic empowerment and greater responsibility in a business environment and given high expectations and cultural support, they are able to address personal barriers to success, develop concrete action plans, and become contributing members of society's lives, love and own your own future. Mtwyouth serves youth ages 16 to 24 who have been involved in court, homeless, foster care, or dropped out of school. 66% currently or have previously worked in the Ministry of Children and Families and/or the court system, and 20% have experienced homelessness.
