MOA Precision was founded in 2005 by Thomas and Katherine Hart. Thomas began his career in the tools and die industry, producing plastic injection moulds for HP, dell, Boeing, Nielsen irrigation and Toyota. Prior to his experience in aerospace processing, he worked as a foreman in a large plant, where he gained experience in mass production. MOA Precision is currently responsible for the daily operation of the workshop as well as quotation and customer relations. Katherine is an office manager who keeps the paperwork up to date and monitors salaries and bills. The workshop expanded capacity in 2008, moving to a new plant and incorporating CNC machines to increase capacity. The current facility is located in an industrial park and can be expanded as needed. Current customers include military/law enforcement contractors and leading manufacturers of environmental measurement systems.
