About Mindful Cuisine
Mindful Cuisine foray into the world of food, farming, and concern for their food system resulted in the unexpected but welcome development of a community of cooks, gardeners, and food producers who enjoyed cooking and dining together. As they gathered around the table and cooked together, people developed friendships and a sense of belonging. It had a hint of enchantment. Mindful Cuisine was created by remodeling a gloomy brown room on the ground floor of their house with almost any windows. Views of the Park City mountains can be seen through the glass windows and doors. During summer classes, there is a patio, a lawn, and a barbecue. There is a large cooking island in the kitchen, as well as plenty of counter space.
