In 1994, Meadowbrooke Gourds started their first exhibition to showcase their new and elaborately produced gourd. Since 1995, they have been working on a farm in Mechanized Fort, with five people working in trailers and sheds. Realizing that they needed more space and a climate-controlled environment, they moved to the current farm in 1996. It has been more than 20 years since the first gourd. More than 20 people now in Meadowbrooke Gourds and have produced more than 250 kinds of gourds. Although not all of them have blood relationships, most of them have been working together for so many years, and everyone feels like a family.
