Mari Vineyards, located on the Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City, Michigan, is dedicated to producing fine wines. Marty Lagina, the founder of Mari Vineyards, made (some would say) a crazy choice to grow grapes that shouldn't have been grown in Michigan, believing he could produce world-class wines that wouldn't otherwise be produced here.
